 Dr Yanping Jing is a registered Acupuncturist, Chinese Medicine practitioner and Chinese Medicine herbalist. She gained her qualification from the Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine (major in Acupuncture) in 1990. After engaging in clinical work in the Chinese Medicine, Acupuncture Treatment and Emergency section of the hospital she returned to her academic field completing a graduate diploma in Health Science at Auckland University of Technology in New Zealand.
 

  During her practitioner years at the Chinese Medicine Hospital, she served as the Department Doctor and Deputy Chief Doctor. In 1999, she was selected by the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine to be a member of the Swiss expert team of Chinese Medicine to work in Switzerland for many years. Since 2005, she has been running a busy clinic and practicing in New Zealand for 12 years.

  Dr Jing established over the years considerable experience in treating various complaints including digestive conditions such as GERD, indigestion, gastritis, inflammatory bowel syndrom, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), constipation/diarrhoea, chronic pancreatitis, chronic atrophic gastritis; treating skin conditions such as vitiligo, eczema, psoriasis, acne; autoimmune disorders such as rheumatoid arthritis, thyroid conditions; chronic pain and neuromuscular diseases; chronic/recurrent infections such as UTIs, cystitis; lung conditions such as asthma. Apart from these, Dr Jing is also experienced in dealing with emotional conditions such as anxiety, depression, managing stress and anger. Dr Jing also has extensive knowledge and experience in women's health concerns such as menstrual cycle issues, pre and postmenopausal symptoms and assisting women in achieving natural pregnancy. Dr Jing can also assist in treating hormonal issues (male and female) including male infertility, etc.​​
